GAEA

                        Natural science association, Horus conducted a program in connection with forest day, water day, climate day and TB day. The program was named “GAEA”, 'the Goddess of Earth'. The program was conducted in college auditorium at 2:30 p.m. the program started with prayer by Ashmitha and Karishma. Anchoring was done by Safana. Lekshmi was in charge of presentation.

          Welcome speech was done by Akhila. The program started with a small video. Awareness on each day was done by Shilpa, Megha and Karishma. 

                  In connection with forest day, a quiz was conducted. 

                 In connection with water day, a dance video was displayed which we shooted during our field trip.

        In connection with climate day, a video was displayed. 

     Then, Lekshmi announced the winners of the quiz competition and prizes were distributed by Shiny tr, Deepthi tr, Maya tr and Bindu tr. Vote of Thanks  was done by myself. The program ended with the national anthem.

" You Never Fail Until You Stop Trying"                                       -Albert Einstein 26-June-2023  Monday The day started with new excitement as today we are organising an awareness programme on anti-drug day "Stay away from drugs".  Talk by Dr. Joju sir Principal In charge of MTTC.  As usual I reached the school by 8:45 am after signing I collected the  substitution classes. I had class at 9 A I taught them stomach.Maya ma'am came for class observation, and Ma'am gave me a good feed back. In the afternoon by 2:00pm Joju sir had given an excellent talk on "Stay Away  From Drugs". We also had a oath taking session.

10 August 2023 Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time."                                           -Thomas Edison The day started with a hope. I reached the school by 8.45 am. I had morning discipline duty. SPC students were also on discipline duty. There was National Talent Search exam for the high school students. About 60 students participated in it. Anu Roy, Anu Lekshmi, Hema, Arya, Sr Deepa , Irine and me were on invigilation duty. We gave necessary instructions to the students and cleared their doubts. Also certificates were given to all the participants.  I had class at 9 A I taught them "Conduction through xylem and transport through phloem" As I got 2 periods there. Class was quite good and students were active.
